How much is shipping to my country?

Bedphones ship all over the world from our fulfillment center in the U.S. To calculate shipping to your country, please input your shipping information at checkout and the postage fee will appear before you complete your order. International shipping typically takes 5-15 business days, but can take up to 30 business days due to customs regulations. Note that Bedphones is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

What is your warranty policy?

Each pair of Bedphones comes with a 90-day warranty. Simply send us an e-mail detailing your warranty request, and please include your place of purchase, name, purchase date, and order number. We will respond as quickly as we can.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Bedphones for any reason, send them back to:

What is the best way to wear Bedphones?

Hook Bedphones on your ears so the cable runs behind your head (down your back) instead of in front of you. Use the cable slider to tighten. We also highly recommend placing any portable music players underneath your pillow while using Bedphones to keep them secure. 

How do Bedphones sound?

We designed Bedphones to be as thin as possible in order to exert the least amount of pressure on your ears. Being able to listen to your entire collection of music and soothing noises from the comfort of your pillow is a beautiful thing. Even so, you will find Bedphones are arguably the best sounding headphones for their intended use.  

What kinds of music do you recommend?

If you're using Bedphones to relax before going to sleep, we recommend soothing music, nature sounds or binaural beats played at a low volume. Our favorite music is Bedtime Beats, which is proven to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Are Bedphones compatible with my iPhone?

Yes. Bedphones are compatible with iPhones, iPods, Droids and virtually all other mobile phones and mp3 players with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. 

Are Bedphones okay to wear on the plane, train, and car (if I'm not driving)?

Yes. Bedphones are very light and comfortable, making them the ideal headphones for traveling. 

Are Bedphones okay to wear while working out?

Yes. Because the ear hook is made from infinitely moldable memory wire, you can adjust Bedphones to fit tightly on your ears for physical activity. Please note excessive sweating can cause premature wear of the replaceable foam earpad.

Are Bedphones noise-cancelling or bluetooth?

Unfortunately, no. Bedphones are on-ear headphones that were designed to be as thin as possible for use in bed. Adding noise-cancelling or bluetooth circuitry would make Bedphones significantly larger and uncomfortable.
